The registration fee is €720 for regular delegates and €620 for students. The fee includes a flash drive containing the book of abstracts, refreshments (including three coffee breaks), lunch for three days, and the conference dinner.
For online contributors, the registration fee is 350 Euro and includes the publication of the article in the conference proceedings, and posting a pre-recorded video presentation or a poster on the conference website.

The registration deadline for authors is 15 June 2026.
